About this job

The Solutions Support Engineer is responsible for customer and field support of software solutions including Xerox Device Management Tools, Equitrac, XMPie Suite and Xerox FreeFlow suite and custom systems integrations for our customers for a wide range of Xerox partner solutions. Candidate must have experience in customer support for a broad range of software technologies. Candidate must have at least 3 mo-2 years experience in customer support for software that includes Xerox Device Management Tools, Equitrac, XMPie Suite and Xerox FreeFlow suite. This role will be part of professional services delivery team that include onsite and virtual staff as part of a team that drives profitable revenue through to Software Solutions Support Services.

Education in Computer Networking, Technical Electronics desirable

Xerox and industry product and applications knowledge of Xerox and Partner software solutions

Understanding of TCP/IP and related networking technologies

Understanding of PDF workflow and office MFP systems

Knowledge of industry trends in Customer Support for Software Solutions.
