About this job
Site super will be responsible managing the site, supervising quality of work, ensuring proper managements of labor and materials, running the job to keep on track and stay on schedule. Will be communicating directly with PM and the client. Will complete daily logs and field reports to comply wih requirements.
10 yrs site supervising experience
ground up (out of ground) commercial construction experience
Must be comfortable completing daily logs and field reports, managing sub contractors and ensuring the quality of work on site.
Expierence working on projects over 5 Million dollars is essential!
