The remainder of the portfolio consists of conventional apartment properties, as well as mixed-use properties and marinas, congregate care facilities, commercial/industrial, and for-sale housing.

G&K has an immediate need for an Assistant Community Manager for our apartment community in South San Francisco. The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the apartment community.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with Maintain high occupancy level through effective motivation
Keeping informed of market conditions and understanding competitive pricing
Support the marketing functions by recording accurate data on prospects and new residents
Utilize company resources to facilitate leasing
Assist with establish and achieving financial goals by effectively qualifying prospective residents
Preparing lease documents and related paperwork; Update records as necessary
Coordinate maintenance of property w/ appropriate support to keep project quality at IAC standards
Assist with developing a motivated community team through effective personnel management
Thorough inspections and follow-through, strive to maintain and improve value in the community
Assist the Community Manager and Regional Manager, as needed in long-range planning, and communications
Introduce the resident to our apartment procedures
Perform additional duties as assigned
Practice good customer relations
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years Residential Living experience required
Experience with 50 or more units
Multifamily Housing Experience
Strong written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills
General office and bookkeeping skills
Sales and customer service skills
Computer literacy
Ability to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers and management.
Superior customer service skills
