Staffing Consultant - Recruiter

PrideStaff Northern Kentucky is seeking to add to its inside team a Staffing Consultant-Recruiter to help delight its customers and candidates with outstanding service.

Staffing Consultant - Recruiter is responsible for:
- Recruiting, screening and hiring talent for assignment at our clients
- Adhere to hiring practices, including background checks, drug screens and I9 administration
- Ability to respond quickly to client needs by anticipating what skills and talents are required
- Perform sales activities daily including Sales Calls, Reference Checks
- Full desk management: Talent Acquisition to Managing Client Relationshps
