QA Analyst - Full-time / Part-time

The QA Analyst is responsible for communicating with the client to ensure they have sent in all documentation on the "Things we need from you" form that is included in the application package. This communication will help ensure we have as much of the client's required documentation prior to underwriting the loan.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Contact client when loan is in Folder Received Status to ensure all documentation needed has been sent.
* Inform client that loan should be underwritten on average in the about a week.
* Returning all phone calls and emails immediately or within 24 hours. Responding with a sense of urgency is the ante to play.
* Folder Receive (FR) is the first stop in the loan process once clients decide they want to obtain a mortgage/financing
* The FR team receives the folder and does quality checks on the documents; looking for errors, making sure income and supporting docs are present etc. Basically verifying all appropriate docs are there and signed
