Aerotek Professional Services is seeking a Claims and Customer Service Manager for a leading company in the Denver Metro Area.

Claims and Customer Service Manager Responsibilities

  • Responsible for management of claims/customer service, data entry, and re-pricing operations
  • Responsible for staff development including interviews, selection, timely and meaninful performance reviews, identification of training needs, consistent adherence to company policies, and timely performance feedback with staff
  • Collaborates with Director and others to develop and implement tactical plans for process improvement including efficiency, accuracy, productivity, creativity, and innovative thinking
  • Ensures timely escalation and resolution of member/group complaints
  • Ensures all performance standards are met

Claims and Customer Service Manager Qualifications

  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree or the combination of education and equivalent experience
  • 8-10 years related claims processing and customer service experience
  • 5 years in a management or leadership role, preferably in healthcare environment
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience is required
  • Familiarity with Trizetto, and QuicLink claims system is desired, but not required
  • An understanding of EDI and ACA is a plus
