Location: Ashburn, VA
Duration: 12 month contract
Compensation: approximately $45k/year
Qualifications: Bachelors degree preferred; Minimum 2-4 years of general customer service support experience within the Banking, Financial Services, or Payment Card industries. SharePoint experience is a huge plus.
Job Duties: * Provide information and direction to customers regarding VisaNet products, tools and services, operating regulations, integrated billing, and transaction research * Research and resolve customers' business and transaction processing and billing issues by obtaining and examining all relevant information to assess validity of business and transaction processing issues to determine cause and facilitate resolution
