Coastal Staffing in Buffalo, NY is seeking an experience Diesel Mechanic to repair Trucks. This is an excellent starting position that can grow into a permanent role where the company offers very competitive Medical, Dental, Time off, and 401k programs and benefits.
We are seeking a medium to heavy duty mechanic that will perform the following duties:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on vehicles, cranes, trailers, and forklift like vehicles
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Perform NYS and DOT annual inspections
- Usage of computer diagnostic equipment
- Consistent communication with the customers pertaining to his or her vehicle and current status
The ideal candidate must be able to work independently as well as in a team based environment. The ability to problem solve and multi-task is must as well.
