ASSISTANT TEAM LEAD
OVERVIEW
Ready Set Maids of Houston, TX seeks a versatile candidate to assist in managing day-to-day customer relationships. Primary responsibilities include, house cleaning, tele-sales (not cold-calling), tele-service, scheduling, customer account reconciliation, general management of office operations, recruiting/interviewing, training, and supervision of employees. Our position is full time, Monday-Friday (generally 8:00AM-6:00PM), and allows for leading and decision making
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
* Experience in a customer service and/or sales setting
* Successful experience supervising and/or training others (preferably entry level workers)
* Bachelor's degree preferred, but substantive work experience may substitute
REQUIREMENTS
*Highly organized and detail-oriented
*Exceptional interpersonal, persuasion, and articulation skills
*Excellent grammar and composition skills
*Computer literate-to include WORD, EXCEL, and scheduling software
*Ability to focus on operating objectives-and achieve desired results
*Possess a passion for and understanding of the facets of cleaning (along with a willingness to learn and subsequently teach our methodologies)

*A valid driver's license, auto insurance where applicable and reliable transportation
