Wells Fargo Capital Finance (WFCF) offers traditional asset-based financing, specialized senior secured financing, accounts receivable financing purchase order financing, and supply chain financing to a wide range of companies throughout the U.S

Performs a variety of administrative tasks to support WFCF Human Resources team. Duties include:

Provide Administrative support to WFCF and Commercial Banking HR teams. Proactively support broader initiatives across the Wholesale Lending & Risk HR teams, as needed. Leverage relationship management skills with clients and peers to add value and contribute to business and Wholesale HR strategies. Apply sound decision making practices based on analytics & human capital data. Provides support for larger projects managed by the HR team. Maintain and coordinate all job changes and officer titles. Lead the onboarding process for WFCF. Expertly utilize existing tools (PeopleSoft, Staff Management, Electronic Performance Review System, Talent Management, Comp Express, Workforce Analytics, Recruiting Reports, etc.) to assist Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP's) in effectively managing human capital. Support all project initiatives Act as a knowledge resource on HR policies, Learning Center and Teamworks content/navigation. Support HRBPs in Talent Acquisition initiatives. Work with the talent acquisition team to source and hire talent in LOB's and with peers in Wholesale HR. Ensure the LOB understands and executes all hiring policies and compliance requirements. Keep recruiting teams updated on current and anticipated hiring trends/needs within the LOB. Provide additional recruiting support to the LOB's as needed. Support HRBPs and Partner with the Compensation group throughout the year: Comp Express process Complex Ad hoc compensation reporting Data gathering projects Responsible for requesting Relocation and processing bonuses. Sign-on bonus Referral bonus Cross Sell payments Coordinate and process travel and expense reports. Work closely and support our business partner, the Learning and Development team to keep abreast of all new hire compliance trainings and related items. Maintain records and make sure every office across the LOB has updated federal and state compliance posters relating to employment, labor, Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity regulations. Maintain Capital Finance Human Resources SharePoint site. Initiate Ad hoc report requests from PSI for HRBPs and business managers. 3+ years administrative support experience.
