BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for performing secretarial/administrative duties to support the work of a Sr. Director of Sales and other staff members. Work will include composing and typing correspondence, report development, meeting coordination, maintenance of confidential documents, and screening phone calls and visitors. These duties require thorough knowledge of office procedures as well as independent judgment and initiative. JOB REQUIREMENTS: * High School diploma or G.E.D. * 2 years administrative support experience. * Knowledge of office procedures and equipment. * Verbal and written communication skills, including punctuation, composition, sentence structure, etc. * Maintain high degree of confidentiality. * Independent judgment and initiative. * PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Two years experience as an Administrative Assistant. * Experience developing and completing reports for review by executive leadership. * Referral preference given to applicants able to take and meet testing criteria.
