We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and SALES minded candidates to join our team as a Sales Representative Trainee in Orlando, FL. This is an ideal position for someone looking for a new challenge with opportunity for growth in a sales capacity. Trainees will be ready for immediate placement into Sales Representative positions with possibility for future roles in other Sales and Management positions.
Position Involves:
Entering a fast track Sales Development Program Building on basic sales skills to become a talented sales professional Learning about the Equipment Rental industry and gaining knowledge of the wide variety of equipment we rent and sell Working alongside our Outside Sales Team to visit customer job sites and make sales calls Contributing to the revenue growth of a sales territory Gaining exposure to specialty divisions within the Company such as National Accounts, Industrial Sales, Entertainment Services, and Energy Services
Mandatory Requirements:
Educational Background:
Bachelors Degree, Marketing/Sales major preferred
Professional Experience:
Ability to effectively work on multiple assignments in the fast paced environment of the construction industry An attention to detail Customer service focused Ability to relocate at least within region Desire to enter a sales career that focuses on relationship based selling Self-motivated and competitive personality Ability to work as part of a team Confidence and ability to interact well with a wide variety of customers Strong work ethic and desire to achieve results Eager and willing to learn Problem-solver who enjoys a challenge Skills:
Must have a valid drivers license and excellent driving record Ability to drive multiple types of vehicles Ability to engage in verbal interaction with customers Ability to walk in unfamiliar environments Physical Requirements:
Applicant must possess all auditory, speaking and communicating capabilities necessary to complete the responsibilities detailed above. The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following such as sitting, standing, walking, bending and twisting, climbing, driving, pushing and pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, typing, filing, seeing, and reading. Knowledge of equipment operation such computer terminal, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine.
