1. Performs such tasks as replacing components, wiring circuits, repairing simple electronic equipment; and taking test readings using common instruments such as digital multi-meters, signal generators, semiconductor testers, curve tracers, and oscilloscopes.

2. Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs simple electrical and electronic equipment and systems.

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED.

Must have a valid driver's license. With clean driving record.

U.S. citizen

Additional Qualifications :

Must have skill in establishing interpersonal relationships instilling harmony within a cross section of military, civil service, and contractor personnel under stress.

Must have ability to use a personal computer and application software necessary to collect, prepare, and produce a variety of correspondence and technical reports.

Must be able to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing sufficiently to conduct briefings and interface with customers and other personnel.

Comprehensive knowledge of ranges and range safety requirements, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe working and training environment.Guidelines include DOD, DA, TRADOC, range O&M contract, and installation policies, regulations, and procedures. Guidelines are general and do not specifically cover all situations or problems encountered. The employee must independently adapt and apply the guidance where applicable.
