Fairfax Hospital is a 157 licensed bed facility providing psychiatric and dual disorders treatment for children, adolescents and adults as well as two alternative school programs and CD services. The hospital is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on the Eastside of Seattle.
Job Description:
The Pharmacy Technician, under the direct supervision of a Phamacist and within all regulatory rules governing phamaceutical services, provides for complete pharmaceutical services to the facility.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience : One (1) year hospital phamaceutical experience preferred.
Licensure : Valid updated technician certification from the Washington State Board of Pharmacy.
Additional Requirements : A working knowledge of Joint Commission Standards, OSHA regulations, and state and federal laws and regulatory requirements.
