Lead Mechanical Technician/Machine Builder
A well-established and stable OEM in Green Bay, WI has an immediate opening for a LEAD TECHNICIAN/MACHINE BUILDER.
The Lead Technician will work with the team responsible for setting up and completing test runs on OEM equipment in-house. Will utilize customer products in house, and then be required to dissemble and prepare equipment for shipment. The Lead will assist in the set up of build schedules and act as a the leader in group builds.
Job requirements and qualifications:
- 2-5+ years of machine or equipment building and experience troubleshooting from blueprints
- Experience with an OEM or Automated Equipment Manufacturer
- Experience with hand and power tools
Plus:
Technical certificate/diploma or Associates Degree
Previous lead or supervisory experience
Additional Information: This is a first shift position, overtime is required as needed. The best candidate for this position will have a strong mechanical aptitude and a previous background in troubleshooting and building custom automated machines.
