Job Description
*Ensure all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans are clean and sanitary.
*Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and dining room area, equipment, tools, utensils, etc. including floor sweeping, removal of garbage, and mopping/scrubbing throughout the day and at the end of each business day
*Ability to follow proper procedures and direction. *Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude towards all company employees and guests
Experience, Education & Skills
*High School diploma preferred
*1 year of kitchen experience preferred
*Must be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Open availability a plus.
