Prior Authorization Nurse Supervisor - $3K Sign On Bonus - Honolulu, HI - Full-time / Part-time

The Preservice Review Supervisor is responsible for a team of 5 - 10 Preservice Review RN's.

$3,000.00 Sign On Bonus!

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit.


• Monitors the work queues to ensure turnaround compliance timeframes are met.


• Identifies areas of opportunity for process improvement.


• Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion.


• Coordinates work activities with other supervisors.


• Develops plans to meet short-term objectives.


• Identifies and resolves operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment.

Required Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (with current RN licensure) from the State of Hawaii


• Minimum of 3 years clinical RN experience


• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated leadership background


• Strong computer experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Medicare or Medicaid insurance experience


• Milliman (MCG) experience


• Have an understanding of business processes


• Must be able to manage multiple tasks at once, must have strong time management skills.


• Be able to handle difficult/uncomfortable situations
