Requirements
Experis is seeking a contract Project Manager to work within the Global technology & operations team located in Bridgewater, NJ. This is a Strategic Discovery project kicking off analysis of call center data to identify optimization opportunities. The Project Manager will help structure the overall program, directly supporting the Transformation leads and business Stakeholders. Role will primarily be out of the Bridgewater, NJ office, but travel to NYC and/or Tampa will be required on a regular basis
Essential Duties:
- Support operations in development of project plans and OMMs by initiative.
- Development of overall program plan and dashboard for Stakeholders, (iii)
- creation of Steering Committee materials for both Stakeholders and Executive team, (iv)
- Development of RAID logs, (v) develop and implement capacity plans for resource management and gap analysis and where needed support the creation of business requirements development for key strategic projects.
- Will be program managing the Billing & Remittance Model Office program in the US
Requirements:
- Role requires a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of proven experience in the field or in a related area.
- Prior consulting experiences a plus.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks. Indirectly leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Reports directly to Vice President, business transformation, but supports Assistant Vice President in day to day activities.
