Amazing Administrative Assistants and Customer Service Reps Need to Apply! - Full-time

This party equipment rental company is looking for the best of the best! We currently need someone to join our Office Team! Some of the requirements the perfect candidate will possess include, but are not limited to:

• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• A keen eye for details
• Be able to type at least 45 wpm
• Be familiar with Google Applications such as Docs, Maps, Calendar, Hangouts, etc.
• An attitude that is always upbeat and positive
• Punctual and Reliable
• Able to work as a Team Player but also independently
• Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
• Extremely Organized
• Able to pass a background check
• Can-do attitude with the ability to change with a constantly changing environment
• An outgoing personality
• Quick Learner
• Trustworthy
• Honest
• Have a Good Sense of Humor
• Must have a valid driver's license

Other job skills that are preferred, but not required:

• Experience with party equipment (i.e. inflatables, tents, casino games, etc.)
• Quickbooks or Accounting Skills

We are not looking for just any Administrative Assistant, we are looking for the best! Compensation will be based on experience. If you are simply looking for a paycheck please do not apply. General hours are Monday through Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm with the flexibility to stay late if necessary.
