Our Customer Service Assistants handle inbound repair calls from AT&T Consumer and Small Business customers in our 24/7 call centers.
What you'll do as an AT&T Customer Service Assistant:
- Screen and resolve customer issues and trouble reports based on analysis from a mechanized system
- Explain the nature of problems to customers and negotiate repair commitments
- Route trouble tickets to other departments as appropriate and properly status each ticket to resolution
In addition to STRONG verbal communication skills, our Customer Service Assistants must have:
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills
- Customer service and problem-solving skills
- Satisfactory results from a background/employment history investigation and drug screening
- The ability to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, nights and weekends based on service needs
- Qualification on pre-employment screening:
Customer Facing Profile (BSCFP)
Call Center Audition (CC Audition)
