Honey Farms is seeking key personnel who may or may not have previous retail experience, but who possess a great work ethic and attitude. Honey Farms' Assistant Mangers are responsible for supporting Store Managers by providing excellent customer service, cashiering, training new part-time employees, and learning to handle all management responsibilities in the Store Managers' absence. We provide a concentrated, paid eight-week training program to all successful candidates who apply. You will train with an experienced Store Manager who will focus on all aspects of store operations.
