We are accepting applications for the positions of RNs, CMTs, LPNs, and CNAs.

RN's- primary function is to administer skilled nursing care.
- Coordinate patients care.
- Report to physician/other staff members changes in patient needs.
- Evaluates outcomes to care and plan for patient discharge from service.
- Provide services and/or treatment requiring substantial and specialized nursing skills.
- Chart accurately and consistently.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Nursing program.
- Current Missouri license as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting, home health preferred, but will train.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Proof of Current CPR and Hepatitis consent/declination.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move patients.
- Work flexible hours, during the day/weekend.
LPN's- primary function is to administer Skilled Nursing Care, under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Under the direction of the RN, participates in planning and implementing specialized procedures and duties that assist in meeting the nursing care needs.
- Assist in carrying out the patient's plan of care.
- Chart accurately and consistently.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of vocational Nursing.
- Current Missouri license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a clinical care setting, home health preferred, but will train.
- Proof of Current CPR and Hepatitis consent/declination.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move patients.
- Work flexible hours, during the day/weekend.
CNA's- You will provide the following needed services:
- Hygiene care/Bathing
- Light Housekeeping
- Medication Reminders
- Safe transfers
- Other supportive care as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Current and up-to-date CNA certification, and
- CPR certification and Hepatitis profile.
