About this job

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for the full and complete management of the producers' calendar. This includes scheduling and/or rescheduling appointments as well as finding opportunities for clients or potential clients to meet with the financial advisors. The objective is to keep all available appointment slots filled on the producers' calendar with either existing or new client appointments.
The Scheduling Coordinator specializes in administrative support to ensure that maintenance of an efficient and organized office allows the producers to focus their energies on building client relationships.
Requirements
* Sales or inside sales or customer service experience including vendor relations, customer relations and project management
* 4 year degree or equivalent experience
* Solid computer skills including: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
* Experience in financial services industry or knowledge of insurance preferred
* Outbound telemarketing skills or marketing experience preferred.
* Experience in CRM database preferred
