Recruiting and Retention Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of duties in the recruitment of caregivers. The Recruitment Coordinator is expected to recruit, screen and hire a staff of caregivers in order to provide the highest quality service to clients. Must be very detail oriented.

- Answer each employment inquiry in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner
- Schedule and conduct applicant interview in an efficient, professional manner
- Create and maintain all employment records including but not limited to I-9 form, W-4 form and all other employment related documents
- Conduct character reference, criminal background and motor vehicle checks on all caregivers
- Schedule and conduct caregiver orientation and trainings
- Plan and successfully execute quarterly caregiver meetings
- Evaluate and update all orientation and training materials as needed.
- Prepare and publish monthly newsletters for caregivers
- Coordinate and conduct caregiver progress and reviews
- Provide coaching and perform corrective action with caregivers
