REQUIRED: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of customers, management, partners and vendors.

Skills:
O365, Exchange, Active Directory, Exchange Online Protection (EOP), ADFS, DNS, Mailbox Connectivity, MS Office Suite, DirSync, Autodiscover, ActiveSync, OWA, OneDrive, Cloud experience, PowerShell, SCCM, EMS, Intune, Azure, AADP, RMS, and Customer/Client Support.

Responsibilities:
Help transform the traditional on premises deployment approach to an automated Onboarding Service for customers larger than 150 seats.
Drive the technical execution and provide automation improvements to maintain customer and partner satisfaction during the Deployment phase.
Utilize the company IP and assets across partners, Enterprise services engineering and support teams, the field sales organizations and Office 365 business groups.
Understanding of email systems, DNS, and Internet concepts.
Developing exceptionally strong and transparent working relationships with the aforementioned teams to deliver expected customer and business results.
Troubleshooting skills in connectivity and migrations
Cloud competency understanding of services and the complexity of the issues that arise in migrations and deployment to the cloud.
Outlook Anywhere main protocol for Office365
Execute, manage and lead a set of Office 365 customers and partners thru the Onboarding technical process.
Assist Office 365 customers and partners with configuration of onboarding tools and processes technology
Analyze, develop and communicate key Onboarding process and technology improvement feedback for Office 365 Onboarding and entire deployment cycle.
Customer and Partner Focus: proven experience driving business impact based on a deep understanding of customer and partner needs.
Self-driven engaging Onboarding Engineer with proven history of demonstrated technical skills and leadership
Strong communication skills to effectively drive recommendations and land priorities across customers, partners, senior executives and across organizational boundaries
Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, build and deliver customer and partner business results thru an engineering or professional services team
Cloud competency: Possess the knowledge and personal conviction to articulate why the cloud and Office 365 in particular is a transformational industry change.
Strong problem solving ability ranging from conceptualization to implementation
Office 365 technical competency: Possess a broad knowledgebase of Office 365 technical architecture.
