Customer Service Representatives in Ellicott City, Maryland Shifts are 10am-4pm or 11am-5pm Mon thru Fri; The pay is $9/hour. Job Title: Customer Service Representative Job Description: Primary Responsibilities include: *Answer incoming service appointment requests *Handle customer inquiries *Manage and resolve customer complaints *Enter new customer information and update existing information into the systems used *Process service appointments *Process and document non-appointment calls *Route calls to appropriate resource and make follow up calls *Document all call information according to standard operating procedure Education and Experience *High school diploma or equivalent *Proficient in relevant computer applications *Required language proficiency *Knowledge of customer service principles and knowledge of call center technology *Experience in a call center or customer service environment *Good data entry and typing skills Key Competencies *They are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and has a lot of energy *Verbal, written communication skills and listening skills *Organizational skills and attention to detail *Adaptability ● Team work ● Stress tolerance
