Wells Fargo Business Payroll Services (BPS) is searching for a highly motivated New Client Coordinator (Customer Service Specialist 1) to be located in our Bloomington, MN office. Hours for this position 8:30 - 5:00.

This position provides direct support onboarding new clients to WF Business Payroll Services.

Key responsibilities will include:

Partnering with the sales and customer service departments to effectively set up new clients in the payroll system. Responding to routine and escalated inquiries or complaints on the most complex products/services and/or from internal customers. Resolving routine and more complex escalation items such as: exception tickets, limit authorities, research of customer issues, inquiries and complaints from customers and on-line transaction processing. Communicating with other departments or managers to resolve customer issues. Escalating difficult cases to team leads or supervisors when appropriate. Communicating directly with payroll customers via email and phone. Data entry of customer and employee payroll set up information Processing customer payrolls. A successful candidate will embrace Business Payroll Services as well as leverage prior experience to create new processes and guidelines. Our top candidate is a self starter with the ability to work in a rapidly evolving market. 2+ years customer service experience and 1+ years computer experience. Customer service focused. Proven experience with listening and eliciting information effectively. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills including ability to craft customer friendly communications and emails. Advanced PC skills including ability to troubleshoot common problems and navigate the following: Microsoft Office, internet/intranet, office business systems experience, and 10-key. Demonstrated ability to perform multiple responsibilities in a deadline driven environment through effective prioritization and time management. Prior experience in processing detailed transactions and performing research to resolve customer inquiries. Demonstrated success working in a team environment. Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and accuracy.
