The Finance Associate Analyst will be a key finance contact for the Mountain Region team. The Finance Associate Analyst will provide support for the period end results, preparation of forecasts, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Innovation Growth or Integrated Business Plans, along with financial analysis, reporting and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support activation and regional optimization of Revenue Management plans including price creation and value architecture in collaboration with HQ Revenue Management and Region Sales
Primary accountabilities include consumer value architecture, disciplined rate management, mix and margin management, trade spend productivity and pricing health metrics
Support sales and finance objectives through strong business partnering and analytical insight
Monitors regional pricing and market share data to identify risk and opportunity
Leads annual process to activate price increases and ensure delivery of planned growth
Supports Region and HQ Revenue Management development of annual mix management plans to ensure positive mix contribution
Monitors trade margins by market cluster to ensure adherence to regional pricing architecture
Analyzes trade investments, makes recommendations to improve trade spend productivity
Works with Region Sales to ensure optimization of HQ/Brand funding programs
Liaison with HQ Funding/Accounting teams
Supports Region AOP/QBP development
Qualfications:
BS Degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum of 1+ years of relevant finance experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced work environment
Customer service oriented attitude and demonstrated leadership capability
Advanced use of MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Point
Strong analytical and communication skills
Strong team player and ability to successfully work in a matrix structure
