Western Dental Quality Management Dental Consultant's primary duties will include the review of conditions of the teeth and soft tissues, diagnoses, treatment plans and treatment outcomes. Dental Consultants review x-rays, dental records and reports of dental treatments planned or performed. Dental Consultants counsel and mentor the Western Dental dentists to improve the quality of care delivered to Western Dental's patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Review of conditions of the teeth and soft tissues, diagnoses, treatment plans and treatment outcomes Review x-rays, dental records and reports of dental treatments planned or performed Counsel and mentor the Western Dental dentists to improve the quality of care delivered to Western Dental's patients Ensure all OSHA, Dental Board, and Western Dental policies and procedures are properly followed
Requirements:
Must be a graduate from an ADA accredited Dental Program Must have a valid California dental license Must have a valid DEA certificate Minimum of 10 years clinical dental experience required Previous dental consulting, dental education or similar experience preferred Intermediate knowledge of basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, email) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Some travel may be required
