We have a opening for a Customer Service Representative.

Requirements
Manpower is currently hiring for a dynamic Customer Service Representative for one of our top clients located in Irvine, California!
Main Responsibilities:
- Will identify, quote and manage order activity for assigned customer accounts
- Responsible for coordinating responses to customer requests for quotes, purchase/sales order and mange proposal for recurring product opportunities
- Will be performing contact administration tasks for assigned contracts and customers under general supervision of Manager and Sr. Account Representative
- Will perform telephone and electronic data interface with assigned customers and data entry of purchase/sales orders into WDS (or applicable system)
- Update and report customer delivery status as required
- Act as customer primary point of contact, coordinating responses to inquiries with applicable company departments
- Support new business development programs as required; monitor contractual performance and requirements
- Perform minor technical support to customers either directly or with the assistance from the engineering department
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and perform other related duties as assigned
- High School Diploma
- Two years experience with order entry and/or customer service in manufacturing environment
- One year experience with ERP or MRP systems
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Experience with terms and conditions; general knowledge of profit policy and negotiation strategy/tactics
- Experience with Western Digital System's MRP System
- Location: Irvine, California 92618
- Length of Contract: One year
- Pay Rate: $21 per hour
