Life Time is currently seeking qualified Member Engagement Advisors to drive success in our Sales Department.
As a Member Engagement Advisor, you will inspire others to live a healthy way of life by encouraging their involvement with Life Time through our best-in-class people, places and programs. In this role, you will foster and promote a consultative, interactive sales process by utilizing your passion for fitness and competitive drive to succeed.
Responsibilities
* Achieve daily, weekly and monthly acquisition and retention goals through persistent and enthusiastic outreach
* Customize the buying experience by encouraging involvement with our people, programs and places to align with the unique needs, interests and goals of each prospective member
* Recruit new members through outbound calling and lead generation
* Initiate, develop and grow relationships with new and current members
* Leverage new and existing relationships to maximize member referrals

Qualifications
* College degree preferred
* 1-3 years of customer service or sales experience
* Competitive drive to succeed in a performance based culture
* Personal passion and commitment for living a healthy way of life
