Assembler - Full-time / Part-time

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Assembler.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Manpower is currently hiring Assemblers for one of our clients in Camarillo, CA! Job Responsibilities: *Prepare test samples by performing delicate soldering, crimping, and sleeving of electrical wiring. *Visual inspection of test samples for defects and workmanship. *Uses fingers or tools (wire strippers, crimpers, screwdrivers, cutters, volt meter, etc.) to perform one or more repetitive assembly operations. *Works at a steady pace under close supervision in accordance with written procedures. *Occasional moderately heavy lifting may be required (30-lbs objects). NOTE: The "test samples" consist of electrical military grade connectors and electro-mechanical release devices. Requirements: *Use of electrical equipment such as power supplies, volt meters, etc. *Previous experience in a production setting preferred. *High school diploma or equivalent required. Hours: 1st Shift position. Contract Length: 1 year Pay Rate: $11.17/hr.
