We are a rapidly growing North American automotive recycler and reseller looking for full-time, high-performing individuals to lead our sales teams. If you have experience as a mechanic, auto body tech, or auto salvage dismantler AND enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity for you!
General Position Summary:
Be a leader in helping store achieve its sales goals.
Work with the entire Sales/Greeter Team to ensure Customer Care compliance.
Assist with the ongoing training of new and certified sales staff.
Ensure the successful implementation of Pick-N-Pull promotional activity.
Qualifications:
Must have good people skills with an outgoing friendly positive attitude.
Able to work retail hours including overtime, weekends and holidays at any store assigned by management within reasonable distance from home store.
Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing required within State, Federal and Provincial guide.
Must be at least 16 years of age for Canada and 18 years of age for USA.
Must have reliable means of transportation to get you to your scheduled shift,
Must meet physical requirements.
Be functionally literate in the English language and capable of understanding and recognizing parts and numbers.
Must be able to read write, and speak in the English Language
