About this job
Seeking Immediate part-time/on call openings (no full time benefited) for food Servers in upscale retirement community in La Jolla. All shifts are available, weekends and holidays are a must. Candidates must be friendly, organized, able to follow direction, team oriented, outgoing. Must be able to communicate in English; both verbally and in writing. Starting wage is $15 per hour, we are a non profit organization so tips are not offered to servers - hourly pay only. There are opportunities to apply for educational assistance after 6 months of employment for 2 year colleges, universities, trade schools, etc. There are also anuual bonuses, freel parking, free meals for shift worked, etc. We have 3 areas we are trying to find covergae for which are: main dining room, bar, and bistro. Shifts are 5:30am-2pm, 11:15am-7:45pm, or 4:45-8:30pm.
Must have the legal right to work in the United States and be able to pass both a drug test (medicinal or recreational marijuana included) and a Department of Justice fingerprinting and federal background check. Equal Opportunity Employer.
