Capital One is hiring Customer Service Associates in Wilmington, DE to assist our clients with questions about the Capital One Investing trading platform. Our Customer Service Associates are responsible for taking inbound calls and responding to emails from existing and prospective customers, providing solutions, and delivering an incredible Customer Experience within a call center office with a business casual environment.

Associates use consultative sales and service techniques to create lasting customer relationships – utilizing multiple computer programs and account-specific information to provide a tailored, end-to-end solution. Associates are also able to work toward their Series 7 and 66 licenses in the first year with the ability to move up to the next level of support.

Responsibilities:
-Become proficient in our product features and benefits through our interactive training programs
-Handle inbound calls in a call center environment
-Promote solutions that help our Customers invest in a way that works for them
-Deliver a great customer experience on every call
-Learn new skills and advance your responsibility and earning level
-Receive training and study tools for industry licensing
-Perform account level research and educate customers on products and services that may benefit them
-Stay abreast of all changes, developments and enhancements for all systems, products and upgrades
Update account information with complete and accurate documentation

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
- At least a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent certification or military experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
