Mercy Hospital Folsom , a member of Dignity Health, is looking for a Night Clinical Coordinator to add to their hospital staff. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for providing direction and clinical supervision of patient care for specified unit, patients and assigned staff. The person in this position should be a professional care giver with requisite clinical and supervisory experience promotes an atmosphere that is responsive to the needs of patients, nursing, and medical staff. The Clinical Coordinator is knowledgeable about and promotes the philosophy, goals and objectives of the department and Dignity Health.

Requirements:

At least 3+ years experience in clinical area required or equivalent experience.

Bachelor's Degree in related field and/or supervisory experience, AACN and CCRN preferred.

Current CA RN, BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.

This position shall demonstrate behaviors consistent with the core (Mercy) values in support with Mercy Hospital of Folsom and the Mission and Philosophy of Dignity Health.
