o Source available talent databases, utilize internal referrals, connect with developed community contacts for candidates
* Manage Applicant Tracking System (25%)
o Maintain compliance by reviewing requisitions, creating jobs, launching jobs, documenting status of applicants and closing jobs. (30%)
