About this job

Will be responsible maintaining all aspects of inventory in business software
Will be responsible for majority of HR related tasks (includes, but is not limited to new hire paperwork, child support/medical support notices, healthcare administration, workers compensation, etc) - approximately 30 employees company-wide
Will be responsible for maintaining internal production/order management (program: FileMakerPro)
Will be responsible for maintaining several secondary reports (includes, but is not limited to product returns, eBay listings, past due payments, etc)
Will be responsible for maintaining order entry for Online Store
Will learn several tasks that may be required of the employee when office manager is out of the office (includes, but is not limited to order processing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, freight coordination)

This position will require someone who is accustomed to working in a fast paced environment. As you can see from the list above, this position will entail many different tasks and the employee will regularly switch from one thing to another. I do not think someone who has worked solely in HR would be a good candidate - although they will be required to complete HR tasks, it really is a small portion of what is required because our company is so small and are employee-base is established. We need someone who is extremely detail-oriented and organized. Any experience with inventory management and/or office management would likely be helpful to the candidate.

The starting salary will be between $50, 000 and $55, 000
