The Therapist is responsible for assessing patients leisure and recreational activities, providing age and developmentally appropriate therapy groups and establishing behavioral treatment goals in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of The Horsham Clinic. Knowledge of group leadership skills, age specific growth and development, crisis and behavior management. Must demonstrate flexibility for reassignment to units providing care to varied populations including children, adolescent, adults, older adults and dually diagnosed patients.

Bachelors degree in related Allied Health field. Two to Three year experience in Allied Therapy field working with a mental health population. C urrent registration, certification or licensure in accordance with state and/or national board standards of specific field of allied health (i.e., art, recreational, music, psychodrama therapy). Must be able to work weekends, and evening shifts.
