What You'll Be Doing:



    - Office Manager responsibilities
    - Provide administrative & clerical support
    - General office functions such as answer phones, order supplies, schedule meetings
    - Photocopying and filing.
    - Handle client correspondence
    - Coordinate travel arrangements.
    - Provide senior-level administrative support.
    - Responsible for Project management & presentation preparation


What You Need to Bring to the Table:



    - 3+ years Administrative experience supporting senior level management
    - Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
    - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
    - Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
    - Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint
    - Proficient in Adobe InDesign
