Customer Service / Logistics Representative

Innovative global packaging company for the luxury goods market seeks a customer service / logistics representative to join their North American team in the Alpharetta / Milton / Roswell area. This is a dynamic position that is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating with team members around the globe and in different departments to deliver high service levels to clients. Job Type: Temp to perm

Location: Alpharetta / Milton / Roswell

Compensation: Up to $14 per hour plus health benefits

Customer Service / Logistics Representative Responsibilities:

- Answer the phones and handle important client calls

- Provide proactive updates and follow up to clients on their orders

- Research shipping questions

- Coordinate production and shipping schedules with counterparts at plants in Asia

- Communicate with internal and external constituents via e-mail

- Update status of orders and accounts in shared software application

- Document all client communications

- Work with clients and plant personnel to ensure that artwork and proofs are correct

Customer Service / Logistics Representative Requirements:

- Proven customer service experience working in a fast paced, sometimes stressful B2B setting

- Outgoing personality

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

- Analytical and problem solving skills

- Must be confident and courteous to work with demanding clients

- Must have an eye for details

- Must be able to adapt quickly to change

- Must have a energetic, positive customer service demeanor

- Prior experience working with luxury goods or promotional products is a major plus

- Must be willing to submit to thorough background check and drug screen
