Studio Services Associate Full Time: Bloomingdale's Santa Monica, CA

Overview:

The Studio Services Associate will work as part of a team that services costumers and stylists from the film and print industries. The team is responsive to the needs of the studio client by facilitating a process that enables them to efficiently purchase wardrobe and props for their production needs.

• Become familiar with product information understanding features and benefits of your product and use this knowledge to build sales

• Process requested merchandise through the Studio Services system
• Process merchandise returns through the Studio Services system
• Utilize computer and registers efficiently
• Communicate with credit center as necessary
• Locate merchandise for clients and other Studio Offices as necessary
• Maintain Studio Services database as necessary
• Comply with all Studio Services Procedures and adhere to Store Security Standards
