CHIROPRACTIC OFFICE – ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

  • An office professional with experience/ability to follow up with current clients and prospect new ones.

  • Sports or medicine related office experience desired.

  • MUST be bilingual – English & Spanish

  • MUST be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Highly organized in office duties such as appointments follow up, calendar management, phone answer, general organization, and housekeeping of work space.

  • Highly social media and tech oriented.

  • Will feed & support the Facebook/Instagram/YouTube/ Twitter accounts.

  • Will be trained in web development.

  • Abilities to prospect and communicate with future clients.

  • Ability to prepare and perform presentations with PowerPoint.

  • Self-discipline to work from home 4 to 8 hours per week performing regular tasks.

  • Salary range from $15-$20 an hour.
