We continue to grow and expand to meet the demands of the community. At this time we are looking for a Human Resources Assistant.
 
This position will be Monday – Friday 8am - 5pm with on-call responsibilities. The HR Assistant will be responsible for the following: maintaining personnel files, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws, all paperwork associated with hiring, workers compensation, licensure and annual requirements. This person will also provide assistance to the Accounting Manager in carrying out strategic plans to support the goals and objectives of the organization. The HR Assistant we seek should be a self-starter, detail oriented, organized, and should possess strong verbal and written communication skills.


Requirements:
  • HS Diploma minimum Associate Degree related to HR preferred
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Human Resources, specifically Recruitment including skills in applicant sourcing, background checks and on-boarding. Home Health or hospital setting experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of federal and Kentucky employment laws and regulations
  • Strong skills in verbal and written communication, conflict resolution, data analysis, time management, and administrative process
  • Strong skills in HR Information System and Microsoft Office Suite
