Responsibilities:

This highly qualified individual will excel at all organizational skills and must perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties to run a department efficiently. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Provide information and communication for managers. Communication -- must have excellent writing, grammar, punctuation, and oral communication skills. Interpersonal skills and client relations are also of paramount importance. Highly organized, possess good judgment; maintain punctuality, initiative, a good work ethic, and individual managerial skills. Ability to research, maintain, and organize electronic files and manage projects. Proper use of the telephone, mail services and web sites in order to complete her job functions. Taking inbound calls, including answering enquiries to the best of your ability and training, politely dealing with problems and routing calls/arranging call backs from correct members of staff. Making outbound calls including arranging meeting and attaining information. Ability to assist our claims team in obtaining police reports and photos for motor vehicle accidents. Organize and execute travel and guest arrangements. (airfare, hotel, rental car) Knowledge or operating a variety of office equipment, such as the photocopiers, scanners, and videoconferencing. Responsible for office supplies ordering. Skill and expertise in preparing agendas and taking accurate meeting minutes.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following:

Proven organization, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to use discretion with confidential data Highly-skilled in computer fundamentals with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint, and One Note) and is able to do tasks such as: Create and manage spreadsheets. Create and manage presentations. Manage multiple Outlook calendars; create and manage meeting schedule. Compose correspondence to clients and inner office personnel. Manage databases. High degree of multitasking skills. Ability to manage pressing and diverse deadlines and changing priorities. Organized and self-driven; proven ability to make decisions with good judgment.
