Home Instead Senior Care is continuing to grow and is hiring a part-time Assistant Service Coordinator for approximately 20 hours per week that will ensure that all incoming calls are answered in a professional and congenial manner with a strong focus on customer service. This person will see that all shifts are staffed in a timely and appropriate manner. This individual must be able to work independently, have a history of maintaining strict confidentiality, and consistently meets firm deadlines.

- Work with Service Coordinator to establish regular, on-going priorities
- Ensure that all shifts are staffed in a timely and appropriate manner
- Monitor, mediate, and log all client and CAREGiver interactions, scheduling updates, and/or inquires
- Handle all schedule changes, CAREGiver changes or other scheduling or care issues in a caring, professional, and timely manner
- Assist with scheduling; meeting all scheduling requirements whether in a 24 hour period, weekly basis, or monthly timeframe
- Accurate, timely, and strong communication as needed with appropriate team members via phone, text, or email
- Fill in as on-call Supervisor as needed
- Supervise and direct Client Care Assistant
- Conduct occasional introductions or direct CAREGiving in Licking or Muskingum counties
- Maintain regular attendance at the office and complete all other duties as assigned
