Job Overview:

Purpose of the position is to perform recruitment and clerical related activities related to Human Resources. The position requires a high level of professionalism, computer knowledge and ability to work independently in a fast pace environment.

Essential Functions:
  • Responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and referring applicants for all hourly positions.
  • Follow up and track all aspects of employment, such as completing employment forms, scheduling orientation and notifying the department of new hire start date.
  • Assist with all recruitment efforts including setting up and participating in on-site and external job fairs.
  • Post and update all open positions on internal and external job boards.
  • Act as liaison with area temporary agencies.
  • Complete weekly reports on employment activity.


Qualifications:

Education/Experience
  • Strong PC knowledge which include MS Excel, Word; Access is a plus
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • HS diploma or equivalent


Communication Skills
  • Must be able to follow instructions and respond in English


Mathematical Skills
  • Adds, subtracts, divides and multiplies in all units of measure, using whole numbers, decimals and fractions
