Description:
Experis provides risk advisory services, to clients that include 14 out of the 20 largest bank holding companies along with regional and community banks. Representing approximately one-third of our total revenue, our financial services practice is a vital and growing part of Experis' business. Consultants will be responsible conducting internal audits, regulatory compliance testing and some enterprise risk management work for Financial Service clients.
Successful Financial Service Internal Audit consultants should possess knowledge and experience in the following or related fields:

7 + years professional experience in a bank internal audit role and / or Bank Regulatory Compliance Role
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or related field required
Experience in Banking, Insurance, Investments, Credit, Regulatory Compliance, Basel
Ensure the assigned audit team accurately assesses risks and controls, develops effective test plans, exhibiting appropriate judgment regarding issue notification, writing findings and final audit reports, and leading communication with business partners
Supervise/Lead the overall execution of audits for clients that result in the achievement of the clients goals and objectives
Demonstrate understanding of related business functions, including technology, regulatory, operations, and financial risks and controls
Develop and apply effective project leadership skills regarding engagement notification, task assignment and monitoring, interim performance evaluation and coaching, and project pacing and control
Participate as staff on other audit projects as assigned
Present audit results in an objective/unbiased manner and write opinions reflecting relevant facts that lead to logical conclusions
Develop credibility with our clients and influence client management with respect to risk management and controls
Assist in providing expertise to clients and other Experis staff in the areas operational and financial controls and systems design to support controls
Supports continuous quality improvement as a management philosophy. Strives for continued education
