Auntie Anne’s offers a family-oriented and fast paced working environment built on communication and mutual respect. There’s hard work that goes into serving our GUESTS through a variety of positions including rolling and baking pretzels, customer service, sampling, cleaning, and more. AND, there’s a lot of FUN mixed in too.  After all, we make pretzels so it’s impossible NOT to have fun here.  We are looking for friendly people with experience in customer service. 

Pretzel Expert - Can do ALL of the duties/positions below:

Responsibilities and Duties:

Roller

• Prepare fresh doughs and other products (lemonade, butter, toppings, etc.)
• Roll and twist pretzels and pretzel-dough products

• Dip, shape, and salt pretzel products
• Clean as you work – keep a sparklng clean store

Baker

• Into the oven, insert, rotate and remove pretzel trays
• Bake golden brown pretzels by monitoring the oven

• Butter and prepare Pretzels for display and for sale
• Assist the Roller and/or Guest Service people too

Guest Service

• At all times exhibit a friendly, courteous attitude toward customers and co-workers and guests. GUESTS; Greet customers, Urgency, Eye contact, Suggestive selling, Thank you, and Smile/voice inflection.

• Accurately operate cash registers

• Prepare drinks and bag orders

Everyone

• Set up and/or break down, clean, and put away equipment, utensils, and supplies on going
• Comply at all times with Auntie Anne's dress code and personal appearance standards.
• Comply with all Auntie Anne's policies and procedures, including relevant federal and state regulations regarding mixers and ovens, e.g., safety and environmental standards, OSHA, EPA, Right-to-Know, EEO, ADA, et.al.
• Perform all of the essential duties of this position in a safe and effective manner, consistent with the prescribed method and guidelines
• Perform other duties as directed by Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Manager.

Qualifications

• Must possess the following traits: positive attitude, teachable spirit, and outgoing personality and consistent schedule availability.
• Must comply with state and federal age restriction regulations regarding operation of equipment in the store

Physical Demands of the Job

Must be able to perform the tasks outlined above.  Must be able to stand for long periods, work with agility, and occasionally work long hours (8 hours).
