Opening in Fall 2015. Training starts immediately
The Dailey Method is a unique combination of ballet barre work, core conditioning, muscle strengthening, yoga and orthopedic exercises. This challenging one hour barre class effectively strengthens, tones and lengthens the entire body. All movement is controlled and very focused, effective and safe. Proper alignment is our primary focus. Each set of exercises is followed by a series of active stretches to develop more sculpted and supple muscles. The entire body and mind is constantly working throughout our workout. Through this process one's body, posture and physical awareness will be transformed.
Dailey Cycle will be a one-hour class combining essential elements of Dailey Barre along with the cardiovascular benefits of a cycle class.
The Dailey Method Bothell will be located in the Village at Beardslee Crossing. Potential candidates should be passionate about teaching, have a high level of integrity and professionalism, enjoy being part of a great community and truly enjoy helping others attain their goals. Instructors should also be comfortable making hands-on adjustments to clients' alignments throughout the class. Experience a plus. Candidates should be available to train at our Mercer Island studio twice per week starting as soon as possible and teach 2-4 classes per week in this studio prior to our opening in Bothell. Candidates must also be available to teach classes at least one night a week and one weekend day. This is a part time position, starting pay is dependent on experience, $20-$30 per hour.
